That is probably the worst deal I've ever seen in three months of viewing the Trading Post. Most vendors I've seen sell them for 10gp per charge. Someone tried to gouge me for 20 the other day (I declined). 250 or 300 is ludicrous.

I sell relfect, tele, invis for cheaper than 500 a charge---way to much
I will pay 10-20 per charge for id wands
I got alot of shit to ID, please hold some for me and I will buy them tonight.
id love like 1000 charges total.

Ive got 400 charges total would like to sell... 20gp sounds more then reasonable.
