This tower has been there intact since b4 I arrived.
Its owned by someone who quit, and some douchebag has been refreshing it since. We tried to make him stop refreshing it.

I dont remember but I think theres a connection to Silverfoot. I would start there. Roadkill knows.
Hopefully someone buys this and makes good use out of it.

No he owns the keep and tower next to keep.

Thats why we should make it so the Owner himself has to refresh a structure at least once a month. If they cannot be deeded any longer they should not exist.
