Selling Small House - Perfect for Archery training

I've held on to this house for awhile and would like to now see if my investment was worth the wait... Located south of the brit/vesper xroads guardhouse near the desert, this house has gm'ed multiple archers for me and taken a little over 8 hours per character. when was the last time you gm'd an archer? I have done this method as well, but I thought a recent patch (a month or so ago?) would not let you gm archery so quickly on a single target?

GMing archery this way is still quick...you're mistaking weapon skill for tactics Hoots...it is tactics that you won't be able to GM this way.

After diliberation, GomerPyle has braught to my attention that I wrote "Asking 65k", which is true... he has met this amount, and I have prematurely sold the house to him. Apologies to any who were waiting to post, but due to my inaccurate word usage, i've decided to close the bidding early in order to remain an honest sales(wo)man, sorry.
