cant create new account.

somebody please help me i cant create a account here..
it always says "there is some problem communicating with origin , please restart ultima online and try again"

I have done this and even trie uninstalling and reinstalling every thing

what can I do?

are you using razr?
Is the server/port correct?

How many accounts do you have ..

Could you have created another account by accident.. (seeing you can auto create 3 account just by typing in diff account names by accident.)

If this is the case you can either try messing around with the misspelling of your account name ... or just log into a account you already have and page a gm for Derrick with "Account Help"

Its possible if you are getting the msg, account credentials are not correct, then it is possible that the account name you are trying to create is already in use.
