Front Step Lockdowns: How To

After being told that lockdowns were no longer possible on front steps, then seeing a new house go up with a locked down keyring, I figured it out. STACK on top of each other: 19 fishsteaks (cooked or raw) then the item you wish to lock down on top of that. Then lock down your item and remove the fishsteaks. Secures are not possible with this method. You CAN lock down anything it seems: runes, boxes, lanterns, decorative things, etc.
ALSO, you can use this method on interior doors in larger houses. Within the area surrounding the door where you are normally not allowed to lock things down, you can stack 19 fishsteaks and then lock down items.
