Stats without skill.

Say I have 7 skills to GM.. will I still be able to gain in a stat without getting any skill gain?

Yes, you can find this in many guides. As long as your skill you are using is set upwards, you will gain, even if you do not gain in this skill. Works best at 700 skill points with all others locked.
