Spelling error: "orfluer" flower

Post by SighelmofWyrmgard »

This is a nitpick of sorts, and I apologize, but I noticed this error last night.

It should be "orfleur" which, in French, means, "goldflower".

Is there another thread devoted to such minor discrepancies?

This is a fine forum for this, it's a toss up between this and bug reports.

"orfluer flowers" is the direct spelling in the OSI code and in the client, it's their spelling error, preserved for all time.

lol, I'm tempted to scan Stratics for screenshots ...

Not that I dispute you: I simply think this is funny, particularly since it must mean that I never noticed this during my playtime in-era ...

Thanks, Derrick.

It's a pretty pervasive mispelling.

I do thank you for sharing this, I had no idea the origin of this name.

Best regards :)
