WTB Body Sashes

I've been looking in a lot of vendors, but cannot find anyone selling body sashes. They don't seem to be sold from any NPC that I have found, either.
Does anyone make / sell these?

Yes, I have sashes on my vendor Hadley inside the shop. If you need anything else, just pm me.

make a dummy guy with 50 tailoring have cloth make sashes

I'm asking if this is era accurate because I wore body sash on the reg in 99 and I never once used a vendor.
