Chaos and Order guilds

Hey,
Can someone tell me what Chaos and Order guilds are and how they operate? I've been searching around on the boards and can't seem to find anything. Thanks for your help.

Chaos and Order guilds are at war with each other (ie. members of the opposing side are flagged orange and are freely attackable). The only other way to get other guilds to flag orange is to go through the "declare war" menu on the guildstone and manually declare war with every guild, and wait for them to accept the war. It's alot easier to join either Order or Chaos and then automatically have a bunch of people to fight.
