Password Recovery?

Hi,
I still have access to the website via my old password however the accounts associated with the forum account/e-mail address are not working. I have reset my password via My UOSA and set it again. Does this password reset synchronize with my accounts that are associated with my e-mail address on the actual UO server?
What is the best way about getting my actual UO account passwords?
