Is it normal to break about 20 lockpicks per .1 of skill?
my real skill is at 68.8 and im using a GM tinker box.

It's probably just too early to use a GM tinkered box. I'd switch to a lesser one.

What's your shown skill? If it's over 75, then you should be good to use a GM box. You will start breaking less and less picks as your skill rises.

Naal, that box set you bought from the New Windmere shop I pointed you two has 4 choices. The one all the way to the right is the gm one. However, like Pirul said, don't bother with the gm one until about 75. For now, I'd stick with the third one over. Regardless you'll blow through a few hundred trying to gm, but 20 per .1 is a bit rediculas.
