From 14, go buy to close to 30 from an NPC, it will only cost you 150gps or so. Then do the fire field up to 55. From there, do lightning to around 60, then ebolt to around 80, then flamestrike all the way to GM.

Yeah, I was in moonglow and no NPC could teach me past 14 (or not at all) Anyway, thanks. Do you mean chain lightning or just regular lightning?

Try the mage guildmaster, and I meant 4th circle, normal lightning.
