That's the only Reeve on the shard, so if not you were probably dealing with a thief in disguise or any other kind of player using incognito...

yep that's the one, I've saw him once in my journal while I was looking for him. I alt tabbed away and came back and saw he said hello to me, but by the time I alt tabbed back, about 10 seconds later, he was gone
