Those are pretty rare find on vendors, but if they were I would list them as Magic Weapons. Best way to get ID charges is to make a post in the trade forum noting how many charges you want and what you are willing to pay per charge. (Going rate is 15-20/charge)

The vendor of the week has a bag for ID/Invis/Chrg but no luck in the bag.
