Welcome to the Britannian Police Department's Community Outreach Center. In an effort to give back to the community that has supported us for years, during our high times and low times, we have built this Center for use by anyone who needs it.
This location features a mini-rune library for your convenience, allowing you an easy route to all town banks, as well as some other locations that might interest you. We are proud to feature one of the first Mage Tower [M|T] Communication Pedestals, customized to fit our guild.
Directions: From the East Britain Bank, just run northeast until you near the edge of the guardzone. We are just past the edge of the guards. Just look for Hallie standing on the porch!!Hallie:

Are you in need of new weapons or armor? Come by and say hi to Xena. Feel free to rifle through her selection of GM blacksmithing items.
Morton:
Our specialty vendor, Morton, doesn't sell anything specific. This will be where you will find any specialty items we are selling for a limited time. These items will be announced in a post at the end of this thread. When we don't have any specialty items available, he will remain empty. Just check back periodically for unique deals.
