UO Second Age

Hi,
I'm a new player trying to install and play UOSA.
I've finished installing the file downloaded from the website. However after updating and running razor, razor crashes every time, on loading screen.
The game client itself launches fine, but when I try to create a new account by inputting new acc/pwd, it doesn't work.
Can anyone help me? I did not change any razor settings.

edit: more info, if i run UO directly (not through razor), it works fine.
more more info: vista 64 bit. already tried running compat. xp, disable theme & composition.

Never mind - I fixed it.
It was related to me having a foreign language installed and my regional keyboard setting, which when I switched to English, fixed the problem.
