There used to be script out there where you could turn your ossie or horse into statue an sell it on vendor.
If you could tame it you can shrink it and sell on vendor....I cant remeber if it worked on dragons and such?

you're thinking of shrink posts/shrink potions of Sphere servers...or possibly even ethereal mounts in UO:R etc.

I know what bug your on about, it was something to do with when the pet transfer window came in, you could somehow bug it
so that it became an item, but that would be after this Era anyway =).
