Here's a picture of the error. I've re-downloaded it quite a few times and get the error every time.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Where are you downloading from? Did you try downloading from a different location? As far as my experiences goes with that kind of error, it really means the image got corrupted. Are you certain your PC is virus free?

Edit: that sort of error can also occur if you have bad RAM
