Also, the Flash IRC client is flaking a lot lately.
Get www.xchat.org and configure with the following settings:
IRC Server: irc.wildirc.net
Port: 6667 (default)
Channel: #secondage


Feel free to hit me up (Blaise) if you see me on there. If I'm available I can also craft up some freebie GM armor and weapons (new players only) and I'm more than happy to swing over to your local Blacksmith Shop to do repairs (I'm also GM Arms Lore so I can examine before I repair).

Granted, my time on UOSA varies greatly, but another name as a resource in this area couldn't hurt.

giving armor to them is pointless, I started 5 days ago now.. ( and haven't touched UO in about 10 yrs until now... ) ? something like that.. and have over 30k spread out on a few different chars..

I have gm armor and weapons i bought off vendors.. and i did very little macro'ing.. that is the main problem.. people just macro..

ways to make easy money??

Lumberjack fletch.. turn logs into bows (( trees are everywhere!! )).. make about 1-2k an hour

Stealing.. run around stealing from every monster you see.. I have stolen everything off a lich while 2 others where fighting him.. this can annoy others.. but who cares its UO after all..

Provoke.. make to mobs fight while you hit them to gain skill yourself...

how to avoid PK's?? avoid dungeons.. avoid high travel spots.. traveled from trinsic to brit provoking and gaining in archery.. on my 2nd day? made over 4k off that run. took less then an hour.. my provoke was about 55.. and archery maybe 58 when i started.. so yea its simple to make cash.. they just need guidance.. not hand outs.. .. but that is only my opinion..
