Owners and friends of the house can put items in the trash barrel. Three minutes after they do so, the item will be deleted. (This means you can change your mind and remove items if you need to)

so i havent really checked but i belive anyone can place anything inside anyones trash barrels not just friends or coowners to the house

Also
These items are "newbiefied" and will remain with your corpse when you die.
Globes
Pewter mugs
Keyrings
Iron keys
Hatchets
Mortar and pestles
Candelabras
Forks
Spoons
Goblets
Lockpicks

Tinkering
New items have been added to tinkering.
Jewelcrafting. Crafting jewelry requires you to target a gemstone to add to the jewelry.
Necklaces
Earrings
Wedding rings
These items say "a wedding ring" on them.

Globes

Mortar and pestles
Candelabras

Goblets
Lockpicks
As I read it, the newbied line refers to the wedding ring, not the rest of the list of items. Especially if you look at the formatting on the linked page.
