Can you Delete Accounts?

My brother has been unable to log into his account, and seems to be unable to create a new one... Is there a way to delete/create new accounts..

at the top of the forums you will see a link for "Members" on the right side ... click that .
you will see Derricks name at the top. to the right of his name is an envelope in the Message Column.
click that and send him the message
