This came out of the chest at the event in Destard this past week. I Was wondering if there are any more of these and if so what would something like this be worth. It does nothing when i double click it also, Thanks.

My only guess to it's value is what other event deed-like items are going for.This deed item went for 215k and this auction is currently at 250k and hasn't ended yet.
