Provo and Fame/Karma Question

How do I gain fame/karma from monsters when i use provo? I've noticed once in awhile i get fame and karma from some monsters. But I can't figure out how i'm getting it. Sometimes i get fame and karma but mostly i dont get any. My char is new so I dont have any fame/karma titles yet.

Interesting, I never really paid attention. I'm not sure if it matters if the intial monster you target, gives you the fame, if he kills the second target or not?

Actually you need to get in the kill shot to get fame or karma. Provo alone will not give it to you. It will however if one of the mobs poisons the other, and the poison is what causes their death.

Great info! I guess I do deal the killing blow with lightning strikes usually... the fights take so long.
