i need the `prize of some clothes

magic necklace: 10str, +10 dex, +10 int
magic wide brim hat: +10 int


I want to know too, if clothes that decrease stats has any worth

They have little value. They do come with charges that are activated every time they are worn, and are used up slowly as they are worn. There is not much of a resell value on these items unless they have really high charges.

The plus ten to all three stats is known as "Blessings". If you get item ID wands, you can tell exactly how many charges are on each item.

The hat is a magic wide brim hat of "Cunning"

The most valuable items you have listed are of Blessings... and they don't really sell for much considering that they are found often and not used too often.
