Picked up a "serpant herding permit" was wondering if any one has and idea what its worth ??

It is worth exactly all your base, no more, no less.

Is it a book? If so, by who?

It's a deed, my guildy used to have one. And he was offered about 200k for it.

to my knowledge theres 2 or 3 of them on the whole server, id say its worth more than 200k

The trouble with these super rare items is that they look exactly the same as any mundane object, you need to click on them to see the difference.

Not saying it's worth more or less than the asking 200k, it's just that the market might not be huge for it.
