Why is it everytime i try to use med it says cannot fouc. my skills at 27.5 thoughts?

That simply means you failed to meditate. keep on skilling

You just need to adjust the time you med vs int.

I dont know as though I understand this chart. TBH I always just let med do its thing alone other places so actually having to work it is new to me
