Wrestling..Dexterity...?

Does dexterity change how fast u swing when wrestling something? j/w before i lower my dex. Thanks

Weapon swing speed is stamina based (Yeah, kinda the same as dex, but just clarifying)
Currently wrestling speed is not effected by stamina and swings at the same speed for everyone. It has been called into question whether or not this is correct or not, so it's up in the air as to whether this may change in the future.

Also if it helps anyone i used another character to fight against i just had him simply macroing anatomy on me and healing himself while i wrestled him. When i got to lower 90's or so i just summoned daemons to get to Gm. I believe u can wrestle another character to gm but make sure he has some skill 30 or so in the weapon he is weilding when wrestling him. ^^
