Per PM, buying the L shape house pictured just north of Northpeak in the Southern Jungle from Malifice for 3 patio and 1 small deeds (502k).
Transfer process:
Meet at the house (time TBD)
You make me co-owner (to demonstrate ownership)
We walk inside (accidentally dropped deeds decay slowly enough in a house to pick them up first)
I hand you the deeds
You transfer ownership of the house.
Done.
