Home Loan Contract - L Brick to Henry Stalker

Henry Stalker has agreed to purchase this home
viewtopic.php?f=72&t=52670 . He will be doing weekly payments of 2 smalls which will be posted and confirmed in this thread.
Henry Stalker also put down 100k which leaves a 534,920k Balance (including all interest, taxes, and fees) on the home! After the balance is paid in full, the home will be fully transferred into Henry's name (co-ownership in the interim).
Henry Stalker will post back to this confirming!

Title is supposed to be L Shape not L Brick.
The link reflects the home purchased however.

Paid the remaining cash to ashborn today (53120g). Ashborn then transfered the house to one of my characters.
