It's an agility potion that just says water.

An early bug in UO was being able to fill a potion bottle up with water. If that bug isn't here anymore, this has to be ancient.

Everything in this house was from 2007-08. One of the things was a server birth.

The other rumor was that they came from an old cooking contest. I have the other one btw. I'd love to know and see in-game if there is a 3rd one too.
