According to the rares dictionary, they are rare as they don't spawn any more, but they used to spawn in large amounts.. making it a 6/10. Of course that was when the Dictionary was lasted updated. I don't know the color, but I'd toss out a guess of 40k?

Last 1899s sold at I think 2x smalls. I'd give you 60 for them.
