har har. well, I was going to write in a "no time frame" clause, but I figured 6 months is a fine upper limit.

A contract isn't legally binding unless both parties benefit from the contract. Since you don't benefit in any measurable way, speaking as JG's attorney, this contract is invalid and he will not be responsible for any losses you incur in this deal.
