Stealing

When attempting to steal from a character that has nothing on them it gives you no message. Unable to determine if the character is perma grey or not.
This isn't a bug, his/her backpack is just empty, and the message reads "You reach into the backpack... but find it is empty"
Us thieves use this as a tactic to get blues to attack and be guardwhacked.
