maybe it wasn't this server.. but i remember if you made a character back in the day and started with stealing, you'd start with a shadow hued cloak. i might be thinking of UOR servers though. idk lol.

no ur right farnk its this server i think they removed that hue tho.

I thought they still spawned at the same rate as newbied keys and things like that.
