Anyone want a smith vendor in their shop?

Hey all! 
I've recently GM'd smithing and carpentry and am wondering if anyone with a reputable shop is looking to add a smith/carpenter to their vendor list? I will provide all of my own wares and can even work out some sort of rental fee for using your property (if it has good player traffic!) I've also got a decent selection of magic weapons.
