2 problems

i have 3 problems one is when i open razor sometimes the pointer hand has a hour glass on the end of it some times just reopening it fixes it but sometimes it takes a few trys

im also having a problem in game doesnt matter what key i hit it trys to cast dispell ive checked razor and in game options but cant figure it out only a couple of my hot keys work right and the rest cast dispell Please help makes it hard to play the game

next the razor bar does not go across the top of my screen it flashes on and off once and awhile
