Walk through the map but can't find any spot for a patio.anyone provide a spot for me or selling one ?

People are allowed 15(+) houses each and can refresh them indefinitely by logging in once a fortnight. Due to this ruleset, there's extremely limited "free space" available for players to place their own houses. Instead of that having the liberty to place your own house, on UOSA we must buy houses from other players. Refer to the link posted by TI_Smithy for a list of current houses for sale.
You should expect to pay (patio) deed + small (deed) for an average placed patio. Patio deeds are 152k, small deeds are 43k. Anyone charging more than that right now is either trying to take advantage of you or is selling a uniquely or specially placed house where the location justifies the extra cost.
