This is a great home for first-time buyers, but also excellent for extra storage space for hoarders--- err merchants!
Location: South of Trinsic, Northeast of Undead Spawn (ruins: Mummies, zombies, skeletons).
I never see the neighbors, pretty sure they just log on briefly to refresh homes. You will run into no trouble macroing here. Low to moderate alligator spawn with occasional Ratman. Mummies can be found about 3 screens to the Southwest, far enough to not bother you, close enough that you can hunt occasionally.
