No immediate neighbors, and a huge free area in the front.

Tower near Yew - Reduced even more
Selling my tower, since i moved to a Keep
It's a pretty good spot, low spawn, near Yew, moongate and crypts.
No immediate neighbors, and a huge free area in the front.
