Selling my Brick house inbetween Compassion and Wrong

I am selling my brick house in between Compassion and Wrong.
It is on grass next to the harbor for fishing and MIBing!
Lots of trees for the lumberjacks!
You can also fit a patio or a L-shape (see below) if you want to upgrade the house.

No auction
Brick deed + small deed
