I checked out the distance between the steps of the house and the teleport spot and found it to be 21 tiles, including having to dodge jungle plants. Great location for quick, secluded access to the Lost Lands. Now open to place!

That one is closest to the temple pad, but the actual spot that teleports you to the Lost Lands is closer to the steps of the house I'm selling, by quite a few tiles actually, especially if you count from house steps to teleporter. Thus, closest to teleporter as advertised. Thanks for your inquiry.
