These should be going for at least a Castle deed these days. Not many left in existence.
Recent trades were around 800k.

Clothing Bless Deed. Makes a piece of clothing blessed (will stay with you when you die/res), but the item will still get damaged (I.E the CBD wont grandfather an item).
People usually use them on sandals and you can wear clothing which will get damaged before sandals which makes them almost everlasting.
