You probably can find a few spots for a small. I've seen dozens of
spots for smalls.

Then you can save up for a bigger house.

I know of a really nice spot for a small close to the guard zone on Verity Island if you are interested.

there is a great many places to put small to mid sized houses, the bad spawn area like swamps will be the best bet for anything to fit a patio/brick.

for a small house you can easily find a spot not far from any town practically. i just dropped a small next to East Brit, if interested in the location hit me up here or on IRC "FearItself" is the name ^^

come to think of it i have a small blocking a L Shape location. going to be taking the small down soon, you may be interested, hit me up if so.
