FYI the "evil" charge is highly useless as is does not debuff for much and only lasts for about 3 seconds.
Other than that, this is a nice weapon.

One neat thing about this weapon: the fact that it possesses 35 evil charges guarantees that it is fresh.
Alas! that I don't PvP on my Fencing-Fighter ...
