i own this house but im not selling sorry. There were two houses before here and im trying to place another one and i cant...Anyone know why? I tried many ways and no one worked.

The house on the left side of the picture will prevent the placement of any house due north of it, as there will not be 5 empty tiles: c.f. House Placement, article 3.

If it used to be that there were houses cohabiting those locations, then those houses must have been properties that had been placed before the era-accurate housing mechanics had been fully refined here, and had been "grandfathered".

When any such "grandfathered" house falls, no replacement can be inserted: if the owner's sign does not say both, "properly placed" and, "of modern design", the house possesses some form(s) of "grandfathered" characteristic(s), and it probably would be unwise to drop it.
