Purpose:
To create a one stop shop area, and to allow players to vendor items at a prime location. The benefit for me is the patio will always be refreshed.

Cool what kind of vendor is it - I like the reg vendor, it's well stocked and is cheaper than the other nearby vendors.

That reg vendor is so reliable and well stocked - the prices are competitive too.
