Selling Wrong Keep

Selling Keep which happens to be the closest home to Wrong dungeon. The keep is located directly adjacent to a cave, and slightly south of another cave.
Starting bid: 1x keep deed + 1x small deed.
Buyout: 1x castle deed.
Auction ends no earlier than 48 hours after the last bid.
I reserve traditional sellers rights such as the right to not sell to anyone for any reason.
