Selling this keep & tower, auction style. Auction ends 24 hours after last bid. 5k bid increments.

Tower SB: tower deed.
Keep SB: keep deed + patio deed.

I'd like for the buyer of the keep have the opportunity to own the tower in front (should they want it), therefore bids on the keep + tower will be given priority over tower-only bids. If nobody wants the keep, I will be keeping both locations to live at. If there is a circumstance where one bidder bids on the keep (only) and another bidder bids on the keep + tower, the bidder who is ultimately bidding the most over the stand alone house cost, would be the winner.
