UO Second Age

So, now that the little one is a little easier to deal with, I want to come back! I see that the population is very, very low...which is ok, I don't mind. The one thing I DO mind is that there are still no places for large houses and castles and such. Why are people who are not playing the game refreshing their houses? And why is it allowed?! Please let us players that want to keep playing have the houses you're not using anymore! Please?
