Question about Fishing Nets

I've been fishing deep sea since 75 (at 96 now) and have pulled 100+ serpents up and not a single net drop. Do they still exsist here?

I think those were UO:R but I'm not 100% sure.

nets dont exist here, they arent T2A era accurate.
